Product was ultimately functioning properly after I was connected to a tech support person in the USA. The tech support people over a 4 day period kept leaving steps out of the setup process.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very easy & smooth to install & use. Multi-sensor configuration is amazing. Had before a Nest which gave me nothing but headache. The single thing was disappointing is the back-plate/footprint was too narrow to cover the unpainted wall from previous thermostat. Also i couldn't find a commercial solution for it, so I had to go DIY. T10 Pro is much better in this aspect.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Install was to be done by Geek Squad, but wiring (which included a thermostat and a humidistat) was too complicated necessitating hiring an HVAC contractor. T9 was installed with the humidistat in line, causing T9 issues. Days later T9 reset to 51*.

I don't have a traditional household, I was hoping the T9 had more smart features. I wish I could schedule which room the thermostat falls back to if there is no activity, for daytime sleepers. IFTTT support is lacking.

The thermostat works very well, and I especially like the fact that I can use the remote sensor to balance the temperature between my bedroom upstairs and the room where the thermostat is installed upstairs. The Android app is not intuitive.

I like this product. The only thing I didnt like was it did not come with a sensor like the previous thermostat I had (ecobee). Now I have to buy extra sensors. For this reason I would not buy again. They are very expensive.
