Offers way less versatility from a design and GUI interface than the older and cheaper w9000. Should be able to adjust colors and display options. Sensor works well and ease of operation is quite good.
I would normally wait to do a review on a thermostat until I had it in service for a couple of months at least but Honeywell has been pestering me so here it goes. This thermostat is in a guesthouse that is occasionally rented for short term guests. It was quite easy to install and connect. Also easy to set up energy schedules. Guesthouse is down a steep hill a hundred and fifty feet from main house and I used to have to go there and turn up the heat a day or so before rentals or going down to get the house ready for rentals. Now, delighted I can do that before going down and can work in a warm house. It remains to be seen if it holds schedules or goes wonky if we lose internet. But, Honeywell wanted reviews so that's it.
