Bought the thermostat along with a wireless sensor to fit in a farther room that’s always a little colder. Now I have rooms that are equally warm all over the floor. Plugged it on a water heated system and fits well. Luckily I had a C-wire so I didn’t need the adaptor. The Honeywell App is really great too, I can control the heat in a distance on my phone and also have lot of interesting features. 100% programmable makes it really fun to use. I recommend it.

This product required a Google account to work. I was not able to create an account unless I Created gmail account. I RETURNER THE THE THERMISTAT BECAUSE OF THE ACCOUNT ISSUES.

The T9 works ok but Xcel advertised it as eligible for their smart energy saving program - but it's not. No CRC code.. We also wanted the remote room sensor to help with a chilly room and that works as expected (after a good bit of trial and error).
