Had some firmware issues with the unit. Customer Service was extremely helpful and sent a replacement unit with updated firmware. We like the T9 and we have linked it with Ring.

Touch display is not only good looking but easy to operate and now with HomeKit functionality it is easy to recommend
I do however wish there was a setting to dim the display at night time..you know have it go white on black after 10 pm or something like that
