The system is locked into a state where it thinks the geofencing is on and it won't allow me to schedule timing of heat/cool.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had a 2nd generation nest thermostat that didn't support remote sensors. My thermostat is downstairs and before it gets to a target temp the upstairs is very hot. The T9 with a remote sensor has made everything more comfortable. It works really well. The app is nice too.

T9 smart Thermostat is great, we have remote sensors in various rooms throughout the house and it works like a charm. Regulates the temperature well in all the rooms, had it for 2 months now and haven’t had any issues.

Love the option to monitor upstairs room temperatures with the sensors to prioritize heating, as my fireplace turns off my heat to the house. Also glad to have the dimmer settings to use the thermostat as a night light

I love this new thermostat. The air cycling is my favorite feature. The app could use some work (why this is only 4 stars). The geofencing can get the thermostat stuck in an away mode if something happens to your phone (turned off or battery died) while outside of your geofence. Aside from that, I love it.
