does not run two stages of heat correctly. cycles furnace on but does not run stage 1 low-fan/low-heat. does not cycle correctly to maintain set point. did not have large trim plate in packaging to cover old thermostat marks and holes. thermostat protrudes away from wall and looks sloppy. overall not pleased. bought two will be returning two.

The thermostat once installed works wonderfully. Love the large readout and the fact it is Alexa enabled. It appears it does not read room/ambient temperature accurately so adjusting temperature settings was a new learning curve.

Great new technology, takes some time to get set up correctly, manual could be a little better. It took me some time to get the cool geofencing to work correctly. First I've seen to control both heating & cooling without having to switch between them.

It is hard to get used to change. I liked the old thermostats that showed the schedule on the first screen as well as the current temperature in the room and what you had set the temperature to be. I especially miss seeing the difference between the real room temperature and what the heat/cool is set at. I also liked to see the schedule for morning, night, etc. on the first screen.
