The many features of this thermostat is amazing. From controlling the temperature through your phone, to it noticing when you have left to adjust the temperature, it really is helpful.

This is, upon first look, advertised and a fancy thermostat. This isn’t true though! No historical run data, no adjustment of staging differentials are just two major missing features for me.

I really like this thermostat. It'll cool or heat our home as needed. Installation was a bit troublesome, but now that it's installed and set up, it really does keep our home comfortable. We keep ours set at "Auto" so it will heat or cool our home as needed. I like the "Geofencing" feature. That puts the home at a pre-set "comfort level" until we return. This thermostat really does help with energy costs.

Great WiFi connected thermostat with sensors that allow you to target the temperature in specific rooms. Installation was very easy since I was replacing another Honeywell thermostat that my HVAC company put in when I got a new system. The pin pattern was identical so I didn’t have to re-wire it. I added 2 additional sensors so now I can have the system heat/cool a specific room or work to maintain the average of selected rooms.

Nice thermostat but the could service is not reliable. It's a real pain, especially when it's integrated with a third party service, like Flair smart vents
