T9 thermostat not working well with google/Alexa

When we have google or Alexa to turn the system on or off, it changes the priority from our preferred setting to the default setting. Also, we can’t use google or Alexa to change the temperature unless we set up a routine for every specific temperature we want to set.

The readings on the thermostat aren’t always the true temperature reading, it’s an average between it and the sensors. Wish I would’ve known that beforehand. Also, does not work well with Alexa or Google Home. Anytime you ask them to change a setting, your priority settings get messed up, so now I don’t even use them to control it which is a huge disappointment!

This device has been a major improvement to our home and lives since it regulates our son's room via the wireless temperature sensor and we can make adjustments on our phones from anywhere. Looks good too.

Very good, but flawed in one important function

Easy install, easy to program, easy to operate manually, the mobile app is also easy to use. HOWEVER, there is with ONE LARGE EXCEPTION.
The exception is that, as far as I can tell, it is not possible to control Circulate within a "Period."
That means we need to have the Schedule automatically turn on any particular Heat or Cool setup, the Period, and then manually turn on Circulate. That is inconvenient. It would be better if Fan=On, Fan=Off, and Fan=Circulate could be programmable within the Periods.
