I bought the T9 Smart Thermostat a few weeks ago. It was a little more complex to install than I thought it would be. However, the simple directions and illustrations were spot-on...and I completed the installation within 45 minutes. Works well with Alexa. Now I don't have to run downstairs to change the temperature. "Alexa, set thermostat to 72," and it's done. The only thing I'm trying to change with no progress: my wi-fi router does not appear on the list of networks. My wi-fi extender and my neighbors' wi-fi appear. But my main network that's only 20 feet away does not show even when I reset both the router and thermostat. It's fine though. Just connected it to my extender & works fine.

Some bugs in the beginning, needed a firmware upgrade. Tech Support got it done (remotely) - smooth ever since we updated.
