I absolutely love our new thermostat! I ended up choosing the T9 so I could add on to it later with the smart room sensors. So far, this thermostat has worked extremely well. I love that I can set it and forget it. It also has the option to use an app to change the settings, which works amazing when it gets hotter through the day. I also appreciate that it shows not only the temp outside, but what my house temp is set at. It allows me to quickly adjust my settings. Easy to install and easy to use! Definitely recommending this to a friend!

You need a C wire already installed to use product

If you don’t have the “C” wire already installed then don’t buy this product. I had to return it and buy another thermostat that did t require a C wire.

Pretty easy to install and looks nice. Remote controlling is nice as well. I was hoping for the system to have high and low parameters that a user can't go outside of (setting the thermostat too low or too high for example) but doesn't appear to be that option.

Make sure to watch installation video on Honeywell website. The lady explains very well how to install. If not comfortable, please call someone as you may have to change wires on the main board in furnace.
