This product was great until Honeywell decided they couldn’t figure out an over the air firmware update. So much for a “smart” device - now I either have to wait FOUR WEEKS to get it fixed, or I have to just find a competitors product that actually works. Guess I’ll go with the competitor.

No matter what I did, it blew hot air when it was set for cool. Tried everything, including the iOS app, had to return it.

No HomeKit Yet - Still Like My Selection

Despite being advertised to support Apple HomeKit - current firmware does not have this option. The Honeywell app is sufficient - but I am looking forward to the HomeKit option is this was a primary reason for selecting this model. Customer Service said “it’s coming”. Geofence is a bit buggy. That being said - I do like it. Interface is pretty user friendly.

This has pretty much all the features I'd want in a smart thermostat, including the ability to add additional sensors, create schedules, turn OFF geofencing and learning features, remote access, and integration with Alexa.
