Thermostat has not worked since it was installed by Synergy Company. This company came in backed up with Edison and broke my A/C. I am extremely upset

Easy installation and good app. My only problem is that the thermostat and/or app doesn't remember the sensor "priority". For example, if you have a remote sensor in another room and you use the app or thermostat to save that one to be the sensor that the thermostat uses to manage the system, the next time you check, the system has reset to use the main sensor in the thermostat. Why doesn't it remember this until you change it again?

Went from a Google Nest to this, and it's night and day better. Absolutely no issues so far, and the app works great! We went through 2 Nests from Google, and they both couldn't even find a wireless network while the rest of our home is a smart home and we have zero issues with all other devices. Wish we would have just started with this Honeywell instead of wasting 2 years of frustration dealing with the Nest!
