Bought two T9 Smart Thermostats, with Room Sensors, for my house and they were both easily installed and configured. Using both the thermostats and sensors together helps keep the house cooling well balanced. Having the phone app to remotely monitor and configure the T9s is a plus.

Was easy to set up. We have four separate thermostats and it was a breeze. The Honeywell app is also easy to set up and use, but it does crash often making you re-login. Otherwise, I would have given five stars.

I did have a setback on installing it. When you call the number to get help, you have to make sure its during business hours. It was a Saturday afternoon. We had to uninstall the device twice, to use the old one while we kept checking online what we were doing wrong. I wish it would also explain the setting options, the differences of the settings and problem consequence resolution if we did put in the wrong settings. Which was my mistake and it took me a few hours researching online to find that. After that, it has been really nice the new thermostat
