Easy to install as long as you have the "C" wire. Seems more straightforward and "professional" than other modern connected thermostats even other Honeywell ones. I like the simple look. The app works well and having remote sensors makes a real difference.

Decent but missing basic features like runtime etc. My 10 yr old Thermostat shows it. It also changes the display temp as soon as you turn it on demonstrating that the thermometer is pretty poor.

Does not work with Alexa spent an hour spent an hour on the phone a phone with Honeywell rap Who blamed Amazon Alexa and was extremely rude
Then I spent an hour on the phone with Amazon Alexa IT they blamed Honeywell app it's funny well app but they could prove they could prove that Alexa was receiving an exa was receiving and sending information to the Honeywell thermostat
I wish I could return and buy a different thermostat
I want to be able to ask Alexa to raise or decrease temperature in the house
