So far so good. A good product for a reasonable cost. I like I can use the app with it and check in on temps when I’m not home as we have a few pets who need to be more regulated. Not a bad choice if your looking and pretty simple to use
Very happy with the thermostat. Love the flexibility of the remote sensor. Not sure why others have had problems - except for very infrequent internet drop outs - I have been very happy with the thermostat.
Very smart abd sharp ! So simple , easy and accurate ; it has made the home younger !

Loses Connectivity and Will Not Recognize Router A

Do not buy this!!! I ignored reports that people were losing their connection and were unable to reconnect. Bad on me. That is exactly what happened to me. They try to blame it on the internet provider but all of my other devices are able to be reconnected. Their fix is to have me connect the thermostat to a hotspot or a neighbors router for 24-hours. Go into my routed and provide them with a lot of tech info, then they can push a firmware update to the device. Buy a Nest, they work great.
