This is a fantastic thermostat and I love the ability to add the T9 room sensors. Being able to have the Master Bedroom go down to a different temperature at night and have the home office be another during the day is a fantastic feature. I was an early adopter of the original Lyric Round thermostat and loved it as well. It was a sad day when I sold my home and left it behind.
The Honeywell Home app honestly is super buggy and unreliable. Frequently, the app will not refresh the status. I can literally be looking at the thermostat and have just force closed and reopened the app and have two different sets of data. The app used to be much more reliable so I hope that in time Residio will do the right thing and make this work better. Honeywell's 1 degree differential is what keeps me coming back.

It's not bad, but not as user friendly nor feature rich as the ecobee. It sometimes uses away settings when I'm home even though both the app and thermostat show someone home.

I love being able to control my home temperature from my phone. If it's cold in the morning, I can turn the heater on before I leave my warm bed. In the middle of the night I wake up hot, I turn the air on. Easy to use, very intuitive.
