I bought 3 weeks ago based on the reviews about Apple and Alexa integrations. Unfortunately it does not work as advertised.

The Thermostat is awesome. The installation of the c wire adapter was terrible. Who changes the color of wires (so they can do some funky configuration)? I have a Johnson Control Thermostat that had a similar c wire adapter. The installation was simple and easy. The installation was simple and straight forward. Terrible installation approach and directions for the Honeywell T9.

Will not connect to a Xfinity router. I tried two different units and had Comcast bring a new router. I lost about two days dealing with Honeywell and Xfinity. May be a great unit. However, the WiFi isn’t.
