Your user interface is very unimaginative and options are limited. One cannot tell at a glance if the system in running. You have to watch 6 point font toggle between a humidity reading and a "cooling to" reading. You do not have a PC interface which limits remote use to the phone app only. These features are basic stuff that should have been offered with the product. Your usage feature on the app is crude and rudimentary. It's difficult at best to interpret the graph. Your scheduler features are pathetically lacking. You people are resting on your laurels. You need to get off your butts and offer some features. Taking a look at what nest offers might be a good start.

Needs more work!

I had the T9 w/ 1 sensor installed for 3 days. The AC would run for 6-10 minutes, turn off for 7-12 minutes and cycle like that over & over. I tried moving the sensor to different places and setting only the thermostat and/or/only sensor as the priority temp reading. The thermostat software algorithm that is supposed to learn needs a lot more work. This run rate will wear out the HVAC equipment a lot faster than my high end non wifi thermostat I just re-installed. My 5 year old high end thermostat that has compressor lock out and differential - cool swing - heat swing settings, runs the AC for 12 - 14 minutes and stays off for about 40 minutes. The house stays very comfortable and my equipment is not turning on/off 5 times more an hour.

Main Thermostat works fine, but the remote sensor drops offline constantly. I tried new batteries in it and it is also only about 25 feet from the main thermostat. Very disappointed considering how much the T9 cost. Definitely would not recommend!

I have 5 Honeywell WiFi thermostats. 4 use one app and this one uses a different one. That makes no sense to me. They all should be integrated. This one is far more difficult to operate and confusing! This thermostat tempvsetting arenât accurate
Works with Ring App. But you can only adjust the temperature and can not make a schedule on Ring App. You would have to use Honeywell Home to set up a schedule. I did routines on Alexa to set temperature at certain degrees when Ring Alarm is Away, Home or Disarmed. It was easy to set up. Looks nice on wall. Can adjust brightness of screen. I’m using one sensor. I did not feel need to get additional since you can not set certain temperature for a certain room. What the system does is averages the temperature set on thermostat with rooms containing sensors. You can not set individual temperature per sensor.

Difficult to install, once installed temperature isn't accurate and changes arbitrarily, difficult to sync with app, app still has no control over thermostat, go to bed set on 76 (which is much colder than 76), wake the next morning to 70. Worst ever
We have a 2 story saltbox colonial house which we struggled keeping a balanced temperature. We owned a Honeywell Lyric Thermostat before, but we wanted to see if we could do zoned sensors. We brought the T9 to help keep the temperature correct on our second floor nursery. We also ended up buying 6 additional sensors to help balance the temperature across my upstairs office, nursery, master bedroom, and 3 downstairs rooms. To our pleasure the house has been very well balanced with temperature. I do see a 2-3 degree difference between what our nanny camera temp is reading and what the sensor is seeing. We adjusted the temperature up 2 degrees to make sure the nanny camera stayed above 69 degrees. My favorite thing is the schedule and selecting the zone priority. During the morning it prioritizes the breakfast area, the day priority is my office, around noon it prioritizes the nursery for my childs nap, after nap time it's back to my office, followed by downstairs around 5pm for dinner, and 7pm and on it balances the temp between our master bedroom and nursery. It does it on a schedule and automatically averages the temps. Completely worth the money without having to purchase dampers + controllers + air balancer (~$2000) for the the basement! While it may not integrate into the Home Kit yet, it is home kit compatible, and I'm hoping with enough reviews, we can get them to invest time to complete that effort! Thanks Honeywell + Resideo for creating a great product!
Giving this a one star is too much praise. This was and still is unreliable to program. It keeps changing the temperatures from the scheduled temperatures. It also changes which room sensor it is prioritizing. So. It sucks. But it cost me a couple hundred and would cost at least half that to reinstall the previous sensor. On and the icing on this cake? Spending a full day waiting for product support, tech support... I would never buy this again, and yes, I am buying a new home this year, so I will not be installing this. I hope the company has the honesty to post this review. I am in no way a satisfied customer :(
