It does everything it states. We have temperature differences in our home and being able to chance the thermostats from our phones, we there we are home or not, based on one or multiple rooms, is fantastic.

Hard to use at times, put temp on hold until next event, but it never changed and had to manually advance the temperature. Haven't figured out what idid wrong.

The location of the thermostat in our home left many cold spots. Adding remote sensors to this system makes it easy to program which areas are prioritized for heating and cooling. The system works great for this purpose.

Easy installation & setup with 3 sensors. Our original thermostat was mounted in the foyer on the HVAC chase & the sun would shine on it midday throwing off the temperature readings plus the wall it was on would heat/cool enough to cause issues. By installing the T9 we were able to prioritize sensors & that’s made a big difference.

I love my new Smart T9 thermostat. Now my home is always the right temperature. It automatically knows when I am not home and adjusts. It also knows when I return. No more tinkering with the thermostat.

I totally love this thermostat. With the additional room sensors it has actually lowered my useage more than the one supplied by the power company(pge)! It interfaces well with alexa once commected overall I would totally recommend the T9 to anyone lookimg to fix hot spots or help efficiency on an older unit.
