Great Thermostat, simple to install, comes with equiptment to make installing possible without "C" wire.
Themostat works great, accurate, the room sensors are definitly a twrrific part of the system. The sensors keep the house temp much more consistant and as our original location for the main thermostat was in thd upstairs hall with an attic hatch above so the correct temp was never right depending on how much cold air came through the atic hatch. Sometimes on cold windy days the house would heat up too much and on hot days it would cool down to much because of the poor location of the main thermostat. The individual room sensors correct all that. This should save on heating Nd cooling costs bv and the house is much more comfortable. Now the furnice and air conditioner run much less.
Also, when you leave the house it knows and turns the heat down and air up until you get close to the house again. It then goes back to the origional settings.
Very nice equiptment!!

Solved Big Problem!

We had the T9 installed a week ago to solve a big comfort issue in our 30 year old home. The old t'stat was in the interior hallway where the bedrooms are located and resulted in our living room (open plan home) being cold in winter. Very uncomfortable. The bedrooms and hallway were always toasty while the LR was cold. We had the Honeywell T9 professionally installed (requires a C wire). The day we had it installed and programmed our heating issue disappeared! Now the LR remote sensor controls the day time temps and the master BR sensor controls the night temps. We are very pleased with the system, ease of use and remote smart phone interface. Easy to fine tune and monitor. It took about 3 hours to install and set up. Highly recommended!

Very easy setup and use. Geofence is awesome, you can set your away settings by distance in case you forget to set a temp when not there. We have ours in a vacation home, so we can monitor weather conditions and house temp and humidity. Because our vacation house is on the coast, think is very helpful in maintaining a healthy home. Would definitely recommend buying this thermostat.

I have had this thermostat for a short period of time but so far it has been great. We replaced the Nest due to the fact it was not communicating with our air conditioning unit. This new T-2 smart thermostat has been working well with our unit. I do recommend it.

I recently put an addition on my home. It was difficult to keep the addition warm without making the rest of the house too warm. Therefore, when the area where the old thermostat was placed was at a comfortable level, the addition was chilly. This thermostat and three sensors (addition, new basement, daughters room) has made such a HUGE difference. The whole house is now comfortable. The motion sensor is fantastic. I have not had to adjust the temperature once. Truly solved my problem.

This thermostat cured my problem with my Master bedroom feeling so much colder than the rest of my house. Using it's secondary sensor, I now can make my bedroom just the way my wife likes it. The thermostat itself was easy to install and looks good on the wall.

It doesn’t have enough features. The geofencing barely works. The scheduling is insufficient from the app. Not really very impressed at all.
