Moving from a different smart thermostat to this one, I wasn't aware that if there wasn't a power source already built in, it wouldn't work. However, thanks to the internet, I found that if you purchase a 24w adapter to plug in and wire into this, it will work like a charm. The app is easy to use and it does the job quite effectively. It's perfect for our situation in helping to keep elderly warm when they are the only one home.

The T9 thermostat installation was quick and easy. I purchased the remote sensor pack with the thermostat, unfortunately one of the two remote sensors does not link to the thermostat, but the second one works good. The thermostat linked to the WiFi and the app easily and it allows me to remotely monitor the house temperature and adjust it with my phone.

It’s not a dual heat thermostat. It was flimsy with the connection to the thermostat wires. They continued to fall out of their respective places on the thermostat base plate

The room sensor functionality is awesome! My bedroom is always the perfect temperature. Only complaint is that it disconnects from wifi every couple of weeks for no reason.

How do I keep the fan from Running all the time

Set up was great, but I seem to have my fan running all the time. I put the wires where they are suppose to go. I called my AC guy to come back out to verify they hooked them up correctly on the air handler.
