I absolutely love this thermostat. Installing the c-wire adapter was kind of confusing until I figured it out but other than that it was a simple install. The video showing the install is very helpful.

Pros:
Multiple auxiliary sensors can create a whole house average. With one near the main door it preemptively sets the boiler into running. Which is exactly why i went with this unit!

Also, I find myself checking the the simple weather projection on my way out the door. No need to launch my weather app unless I wanna look at the Doppler now
Cons
Instructions were terrible! Overly complicated to try to be all-inclusive. Enough with the pictures and just state what the terminals do.

Also, a simple run counter or time in service would be great for mapping system performance.

Replaced a Nest with the T9 and am very satisfied

Sleek, simple, intuitive.
I switched from a Nest which had great ergonomics, but wasn't actually a very good thermostat. Its predictions were always off and the unit's batter ultimately failed.
The Honeywell is every bit as cleanly designed and looks great on the wall. Install was easy. I wish the app or interface let you get into some of the deeper details, like disabling the Alexa mic, but overall I'm very satisfied.

It works great. The screen however, is too bright. I have it set to the lowest brightness setting and it still illuminates the entire room. My thermostat is in the master bedroom. I’ve had to tape a piece of black paper over the screen so I can sleep better. The next step is to relocate the thermostat or try another brand.

Stopped working after turning it off one day. Now no heat in the coldest part of the year. Give me the old analog thermostat any day. This is pretty shotty. If you’d like to switch the ‘o’ for the ‘I’ you can. Cold in February.

Best thermostat I have ever used. Easy to install. Easy to set up. And incredibly easy to program. I love using 2 additional sensors in other rooms and how they only kick in when I am in those rooms. Seriously, this is the best thermostat you will ever own.
