Works well. It would be nice to have all the sensors on the home screen vs having to go in the settings to see sensors. Also I would love to be able to store historical data.

Keeps going offline

More often then not the system goes offline and you have to be there in person to reset.
Excellent product with a very useful app. Love the wifi feature for remote control.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Replacement WIFI Thermostat

I purchased two T-9 thermostats for our two-zone home. One with a sensor and the other without. My expectation was to integrate the system with Apple home kit. But at this time, it does not but as a back-up, we are using google home to monitor and control the temperature. Pros: 1. As a DIY person, the installation was very easy and took about 15 minutes each including setting up communication with wifi and the Honeywell app. 2. Setting up the app was very easy and scheduling cooling/heating times was very easy as well 3. Setting up remote sensor was easy as well as programming it to the app Cons: 1. Does not integrate with Apple homekit. (I should have read the installation instructions) 2. This one is my biggest con. The display never dims out. The display keeps a white backlight on when not on and keeps a bright orange backlight when activated. I guess it could be a Pro if you want to have a nightlight on 24/7. 3. No backplate provided as other models have. I had to get touchup paint to cover the 1/4" non-painted areas covered by the previous Honeywell Thermostats.
Overall, easy to install and works well with google smart home apps after converting from Home kit to Google assistant.
