Works great. I like how simple controls are. The only negative I have is the WiFi function doesn’t work properly with my router due to the MSS value my router operates at. Other routers it works no problem.

To work - Log in and out of app every 12 hrs!?!

Our Geofence doesn't work unless we log out and back in from the app. after many back and forths, they said you have to log out and back into the app every 12 hours for it to work. No where does it mention that. to me that makes it useless, who wants to log out and into an app 2 times a day to use it!? I would not recommend this product for that reason.

When I turn the heat down low (50 or 55F) because we're away on vacation the thermostat goes haywire after about 10hours and says the heat is 99F in the house. Basically its not working for us and honeywell isn't sure what the problem is.

By the T10, it comes with a bezel that helps cover your old thermostats hole. I was on the phone with customer service and it’s not available as a part for use with the T9. Very disappointing.

You need a separate 24 volt power supply to use this with a baseboard hot water system. I found this and the wiring for it on the web. Other than that it’s a great product
