Excellent 2 stage thermostat. Does a much better job of managing my A/C system, makes it run much quieter than the thermostat that came with the unit and cools the house much better. The design is great and blends in with my home and the wifi capabilities will come in handy when I go on vacation again.

Installation was a bear, requiring >2 hour call to support, but works just as advertised for a great smart full feature thermostat.

Had to buy the T9 because the Honeywell Lyric Round was absolute garbage. I already had a T9 and it literally has become a "set-it and forget-it" type appliance. If you have a Honeywell thermostat already, this is a super easy change over. I highly recommend this product from Honeywell, but not much else from them.

Works good but using Customer Service will put you on their spam list. I had to call for support and, without my permission, they started spamming me every day asking for reviews, suggesting new products, etc. Use a burner email address if you need to call them. Now I can't get unsubscribed.
