Easy to install and use. Remote sensors seem to have very wide variation of humidity readings. Disappointing that the app can’t show historical readings.

The T9 is a great addition to transitioning to a smart home. I'm able to control the temperature easily from at home and away, helping me use energy efficiently and effectively. I had a previous model in my last home and when I needed to replace my thermostat, it was a no-brainer to buy Honeywell. Thank you for products that are easy to navigate and reliable.

The T9 thermostat works great. I have 4 sensors placed throughout the house. When I check they are all the same temperature. It's easy to program. Works seamlessly with Alexa.

Terrible products. I own 3 homes and all are run on Honeywell thermostats (2-3 per home). The T9 requires a different app. The app fails to communicate all the time. Extremely disappointed.

Thermostat works great but there are two things I would like changed. On the Honeywell Home app it takes several steps to review temp and humidity of the remote sensors. Thermostat and remote sensor data should be displayed on home screen. Second, when receiving a temp or humidity alarm on phone it would be nice if it indicated which sensor was triggering the alarm. Otherwise I am very happy with this thermostat and would recommend it.

Does not work with HomeKit, and I should have checked more carefully before buying the thermostat plus four additional sensors.
Otherwise is working as expected. Attractive in design both hardware and software.

So far it's been great. I installed it myself! Not easy but not terribly difficult as long as you follow directions. Love being able to adjust it from upstairs without having to go back downstairs. Bought an extra sensor so both BR's upstairs have one. The only thing I can't figure out is how to have all 3 stay "on" so the system is always taking the average when controlling heat and air. I see how to do it until the next programmed change, but I need it permanently set that way. The downstairs and the two BR's are three completely different temperatures through out the day.
