Excellent Pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not use to saute anything I made hamburgers. Let me just say that nothing stuck to the bottom at all. Those burgers glided around the pan with ease. I'm so excited to cook other things in it. It was also very easy to clean. My wife and daughters just loved the blue glitter look the bottom of the pan. This is a great pan. I will be looking to expand on a new set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved the blue diamond pan and it is awesome non stick, cleans up great. I love it. I cooked potatoes and sausage and onions taste great as well.I would buy the whole set.I would recommend this product for any one.

The Blue Diamond 5 Qt Saute Pan is a Good Pan But.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this recently.I like the pan cause it's got some heft to it.It's easy clean up,but you still have to use some kind of oil or butter to keep it from sticking.Is that truly non-stick?The pan is big but the metal is thin.If you drop it,it will dent and you won't be able to get the lid on.It comes with a glass lid that's nice,but would be nicer with a vent hole.I only took one star off cause I do like it and will continue to use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the elite of sauté pans! The heat is equally distributed. Too many times I only get “hot spots” with the pans I use. The entire bottom is heated evenly! It can also go into the oven and the broiler as well. What a time saver....no transferring the meal to another pan to finish it in the oven/broiler. Also this pan doesn’t get scratched....even using metal cooking utensils! I’m definitely going to purchase more of these pans!

Not too Heavy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cook nearly everything in a pan this size do love Blue Diamond 5 quart pan. I find having a handle and a grab handle either side of the pan really useful, for when the pan is really full. I have tried cast iron pots previously and they are too heavy before food is put in the pot. The non stick surface in this pan cleans easily.

Best Pan Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the best pans we have tried. 5 qt is a good size for heating a family portion for meals, especially when you are heating entire pots of root vegetables for fall. This pan heats more quickly than our copper pans, and the heat is uniform, even on my older model stove. Cleanup so far has been a breeze! I would give it five stars, but I need to see how it holds up over time. Initial impression is 7 of 5 stars.

Great pan

I cooked sausage and a dozen eggs nothing stuck clean up was a breeze even with limited water. The size of the pan is great for large cooks and could have held even more. Quality of construction appears good and I expect the pan to last a long time.

Sturdy and durable without being too heavy

Big enough size but still somehow relatively light in terms of weight. Overall a really great size for anything other than big batches of soup.
