Perfect for frying hamburgers and searing steaks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Blue Diamond's Open Round Grill Pan and I am so happy I now own it. I never would of thought a pan with grill marks would make my day. When I fry hamburgers they do not sit and sizzle in grease, the grease lays under the grill lines...So pleased. And searing a steak in it and putting the pan right in the oven for 10 minutes makes a perfect medium steak. So very very pleased with this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan grills food perfectly and doesn't overcook them. I get perfect grill marks every time just like my food was cooked on an outdoor grill. It's very well made and holds up well and clean up is an absolute breeze! I would definitely recommend this pan to anyone that is even thinking about it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I grill all year round and all the tools in this set are very high quality! Very strong construction and so many helpful uses. Easy clean up too hand wash or dishwasher. I use the knife in my kitchen for various things all the time

Easy clean up

Not a bad pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the pan itself seems to be paid of good quality material and the rivets are coated inside the pan. It does a really good job of heating up well and nothing I have cooked has stuck to the pan. I have used in on top of the stove and in the oven and cooks everything wonderfully. I have put this in my dishwasher as well and comes out very clean each time without any wear so far. My only complaint on this product would be the handle of this pan does get hot after cooking with it where I needed to use an oven mitt to handle it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Blue Diamond Enhanced Ceramic Non-Stick 11 inch Grill Pan to try. I love it! I love the raised form of the pan that makes the grill marks. It keeps the fat away from the meat and it does leave grill marks.I have an electric stove and it worked fine with it. You can put it in the oven and put it in the dishwasher. It came out perfectly clean and no marks on it. I love this pan already. I already want to own another size. I recommend this product.

Excellent grill pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Blue Diamond Open Round Grill pan is a wonder to have in the kitchen. Previously, I only had grill pans with tight rows of grooves that were such a pain to clean in between. The grooves ok the Blue Diamond pan are very easy to clean, and they still leave beautiful grill marks on anything I am cooking in the pan. I also like how the rivets are colored to match the coating of the pan instead of left plain stainless steel color. This pan is sturdy and the handle does not get too hot like some pans in my kitchen. Would definitely buy more Blue Diamond products!
