Amazes me every time

Received the span of about a month ago it's fantastic amazes me every time I use it Cooks evenly and gets hot enough to grill meat properly clean up is terrific I'm planning on eliminating all other pans and going with blue diamond only

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never seen a pan that has grill marks made into it &I had to try it out. I used the pan to cook meat &it cooked it evenly & nicely. It does mark the meat with grill marks which is great! I love the pan! Also cleaning is easy &even after the uses of still looks brand new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works excellently . Does not stick at all . Anything left on the pan I simply sprayed with water and it came off , no scrubbing either .
Heated properly all the way and quickly .
Only downside was the pan is kinda heavy but not a big deal for most people . I really love the pan

Surprised how much I like this pan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally cook my steak and meats in a cast iron skillet. I like the sear that it gives. But I cooked a New York Strip Steak in this pan the way I normally do, and the results were excellent. (Sear on gas cooktop and finish in hot oven) Definitely non stick and easy to clean.

I would recommend this pan to anyone - even experienced cooks - my wife tried it too and was surprised by how well it performed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the grill pan yesterday and of course we had to use it this morning to see how it works. My husband made bacon with it and it copoked the bacon evenly and it came out great. Love our new grill pan.
