Good but not great

For the most part we are satisfied with this refrigerator. The one thing that is not satisfactory is that the water dispense comes out at such an angle that it often misses the glass.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Spacious and great lighting

I love this freezer. the side freezer is very spacious and much easier to access than our previous one with a bottom freezer drawer. I also love the lights inside the fridge that give a nice view of all shelves. the door compartments help to keep things organized and make the space more efficiently used. The only down side is that the crushed ice feature tend to splatter ice, and also it takes a bit of a learning curve to fill water bottles without spills.

More room than I thought.

I have wanted a side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice in the door my entire life! It took 40 years but I finally got it. And I love it! It has more room than I thought it would in both the refrigerator and the freezer. I was a little disappointed in the bottom drawers on both sides as they are not full drawers, but they work. The reviews I read all complained about how noisy this refrigerator is. Mine is quiet. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Ice maker does not work properly. Cubes get frozen stuck in tray. Ice in the bin when dispensed comes out mostly as shavings, even when on cubed setting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
