Excellent value

Great use of space, great shelving flexibility, plus an old school ice maker that reliably produces a good volume of ice without the complexities (read: unreliability) of some of the pricier machines. I replaced a machine that cost twice as much and only lasted 5 years, really pleased with my choice.

The refrigerator is noisy. The ice maker in particular has functions that we can hear it over the the TV when we are in the other room. The cover over the lower crisper drawer is absolutely useless. cannot make it stay in place, its way to loose when you install it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sleek and easy to move for cleaning. Had a French door frig for the last 11 years and glad to have the side by side again. Bought because of reviews and counter depth size.

Counter Depth perfect for remodeled kitchen, love simplicity of controls...have lots of extra space even though replaced fridge was only 1.5 cf smaller. Very pleased.

What an appliance! Installed it in my daughter's new four piece kitchen. Her new GE kitchen is now nicer than mine! I have always been a Whirlpool/Kitchen Aid girl, but I am very impressed with GE. The slate color is AWESOME!
