We like the counter depth size and the room it has for a counter depth. The ice maker is slow and small — if you fix 3-4 drinks it has a hard time catching up.

We replaced our 17 year old GE profile Counter depth side by side, with this refrigerator. We were so happy with the features and the reliability of our other fridge, we got nearly the same thing. We opted to save over a thousand dollars and not get the profile. I hope we don’t regret it! So far so good.

I bought this to replace a 15 year old GE frig. The old one was also side by side with ice and water in the door. This ice maker works so much better. This refrigerator is very quiet. It is very easy to see everything in the refrigerator section. I also like that the freezer has two pull out baskets. I am very happy with it.

The Slate finish is very attractive. True, the stainless handles do show some fingerprints but hands down better looking than our previous stainless version. Average noise levels are noticed and adjustability of shelves makes food fit easily. Plus the lighting is great.
