Meets my Needs

We purchased another brand and sent it back because the quality was so poor. I'm so glad we did because we really like this one.. My husband could never find anything in the old one. Now with the lighting in this one, he can see everything. For this size freezer it has a lot of usable space and I love the slide out shelves. All the computerized features like the beep when the door is left open and the alert when I need a new water filter are very helpful. I have three GE appliances and am very pleased with the quality and performance of all three.

Works perfectly. Does the job it’s supposed to do. Love the in door water and ice feature. Counter depth is worth the extra money as I can see all the food in there with none of it being forgotten. This will mean less waste and overall savings!

I am enjoying my new refrigerator. It is counter deep and just gives me a little more room. I little smaller but no problem for us. Was a little noisy until it settled in.

A broken ice maker in two weeks!

I wish that I could rate this higher right now...but I can't! We had the appliance for a little more than two weeks and the ice maker broke. We were without for the next two weeks until I personally called GE and got one shipped to me. The company GE has contracted with to do warranty repairs in our area was very little help although they did show up promptly to install the replacement (today). I hope that this willl be the last issue with the appliance for the next 10 years...we will see!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have had counter depth GE refrigerator for two months. Counter depth fits better in our kitchen. First time we bought GE refrigerator. We like it .
