I LOVE THE DESIGN. LOT OF SPACE. CAN MOVE SHELF ANYWHERE, WHICH OTHER COMPANIES DON'T HAVE.

It's make water drops in to ice, in the refrigerator and the freezer.

Well constructed.

Was a choice between another brand refrigerator (starts w/a "W") and this GE side by side refrigerator. After careful inspection decided on this GE. Other brand had wide gaps where outer refrigerator box mates w/inner box (area where door gasket seals). GE seams were tight w/no gaps. Very well constructed. Had problems in the past where warm air leaked out of wide gap seams (other "W" brand) causing condensation & water leaking. No such problem w/GE. Very happy w/GE purchase. Lastly, GE door gasket magnetic seal is stronger than other brands making for tighter, more air tight seal. No more lost, leaking, cold air w/GE.

Noisy with some Flimsy parts

Terribly noisy refrigerator. It replaced another GE which was quiet. This one cost more. Ice maker bucket and inner access is poor - those parts are flimsy and fit poorly.
The noises this thing makes is ridiculous.
Avoid.

Go with another brand.

The refrigerator is cheap. Shelves broken, lights need replacement in freezer and the ice maker is possessed and shoots ice all over the place when it is not clogged. Only had this for 4 years and I have had refrigerators for 3x long that have never come across these issues. The space is terrible as well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The refrigerator meets most all expectations. It ban be noisy at times, but the same seems to be true of all of the newer refrigerators.

A great fridge!

Love my new fridge! It replaces a 20 year old GE and had upgraded features. There is plenty of room and I love the improvements in lighting and the glass freezer shelves. Well done GE!
