TROUBLE FREE

Over all satisfaction with its features such as finger print resistant finish, auto defrost, fast ice maker and rounded edges. Best of all it is trouble free. Choosing a counter depth ref has its drawbacks because storage space will be relatively smaller. However we have a secondary ref so shelf space was not vital in the decision but more of the promo price drop and equal or greater comparison conclusion with a similar ref.

Easy to install with existing copper water line. Light weight and practical as a side by side. It also matches older GE Profile appliances that existed in the kitchen.

It looks great! Easy to organize your food with many adjustable features. Like the temp readout on the front freezer door. Door alarm makes you aware if door isn’t shut Like counter depth

The new black slate has great eye appeal. Everyone who has seen it comments on the finish. A great alternative to stainless, a much warmer look.
The counter depth design gives it a custom look.

Nice looking and roomy for the size in depth. Needed counter depth. Runs quietly and has several features that similar brands lacked. So far, I’m happy with it.

Beautiful Fridge

This is an updated modern design to suit the needs of our kitchen. We bought the counter depth this time and it looks very nice. It has less space so if you are a family of three or more I don’t recommend this size. We had an older model (2006) full size and it never gave us any problems. In fact, it still runs, just that the compressor is making a funny noise and my husband said we better replace it before it stops running. But after 12 years, we can’t complain.

The fridge is nice in appearance. The drawers roll in and out very easily. It has a lot of light in the fridge. It noisier than my last fridge, and I don't like the fact that you can not set the temperature to what you want, only to what GE thinks you should have it set at.

This Side by Side Re-frig. fits into the cabinet space as if it were custom made for the space. The Side by Side doors swing open and away from the joining kitchen counter top. Also, door closing design is just as thoughtful with the extra duty door seal and soft closure.
