I replaced my last identical GE Model refrigerator-freezer (side by side) readily because after using it in my new home built in the year 2000 for 24 years, I kept it as a second one for additional storage space. After using the new one now for over a month, I am very pleased and happy I purchased the same model. It works perfectly for me. I now live alone (my wife has passed on) and it fits all my needs perfectly.

Perfect size and features

I love my new GE side by side counter depth refrigerator. It's the perfect size for me and it's an attractive addition to my kitchen. Everything works great. Freezes what should be kept frozen and refrigerates what should be kept refrigerated. Water & ice dispenser works well too.

Not happy that I have to have a gasket replaced in the middle vegetable bin. I’ve had the refrigerator since the end of November and already parts are coming off i’m trying to put the gasket back on and I can’t figure out how it goes.
Dissatisfied. And disappointed with this GE product.

The installers were GREAT. Once they set up the fridge, they installed the new water line and removed all the protective coating around the fridge.

Our appliance was just delivered yesterday, but we are pleased so far. We like the look and the adjustable shelving options allow you to pick your lay-out. It started producing ice overnight and the interior temperatures are excellent so far.
