Frig and freezer not cooling. Started cooling once plugged in, then, within 48 hours the temp started going up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Is it supposed to be so LOUD?

This is by far the LOUDEST appliance I own. I just got this delivered today and I'm flabbergasted by how loud it is. I can hear it over my TV two rooms over. I will be following up with GE

I love, love, love, love my new GE refrigerator!

I love the way the refrigerator looks in my kitchen. I love how spacious the refrigerator is and how it keeps my vegetables, crisp and fresh and keeps my cheese and lunchmeat. Nice and fresh. I’m so happy I decided to change from my Kenmore refrigerator to this GE refrigerator product.

I absolutely love my new Quality GE Side by Side Counter Depth Refrigerator! So far it is the best refrigerator I ever owned. It has lots of space and the shelves and drawers are well organized. I finally have plenty of room for all my food and drinks. The GE refrigerator is very quiet and makes great ice. I love that it is smudge proof. I highly recommend this quality Refrigerator! Excellent Choice!
