Water drips

Drips water after you serve yourself water and water also drips from the ice dispensing hole as it does not properly close. This is my replacement fridge to the first one that came scratched and for a brand new machine I was not expecting these issues.

Bought unit 2.5 months ago. Due to VERY loud buzzing from unit we’ve have service person come out twice and now a third time. Worst purchase. Extremely disappointed in this unit’s lack of quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

it's just ok

pros: bright inside lighting, attractive looking from the outside.
cons: very loud, you can barely pull out the drawers in the freezer or they fall right out, there is not a lot of freezer space. smudge and finger prints easily, water from the spout drips out and runs down leaving streaks.
this fridge is larger than my old fridge (18cu ft) but I feel like this one has less space. overall I'm not a huge fan and wish I had picked something else.

The normal operation of your refrigerator will produce some noise, so it can be important to know what is considered normal. As for the fingerprints and smudges, we recommend using a solution of mild soap and warm water with a clean, soft cloth or microfiber cloth. Then wiping everything dry with a clean, soft cloth or microfiber towel to avoid streaking or water spotting. This model uses our fingerprint resistant stainless steel, so it is easier to keep clean than traditional stainless steel models.
It is not unusual to see a few drops of water dripping from the dispenser on your refrigerator after having dispensed water. This is caused by pressure on the water line and changes in temperature causing some condensation to form and drip.

A housewarming gift from my Mom

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a housewarming gift and I love the number of shelves on the refrigerator side; however the freezer side is a bit small. The shelves on the door were a little difficult to pop in but I made it work after breaking one. I love the water and ice dispenser although I would take more space over the dispenser.
