Great Side by Side

I had to replace my fridge with French doors and freezer at the bottom. I like the GE side by side better. I can better organize the freezer. Also like the controls on the freezer door - water, ice, crushed ice. The stainless steel does not show fingerprints. I’m happy with my purchase.

We just bought a replacement refrigerator and after some considerable research decided to go with this one. Just installed so can't speak to reliability yet but it's sure looks great and we have high hopes will last us a good long while.

Good refrigerator but noisy

Overall, we are happy with this refrigerator. Looks great. Love the counter top depth and the layout of the internal shelves. Also like the smudge resistant stainless steel. Replaced a high end LG refrigerator that did not last due to compressor failure. Went back to a GE. Only issue is the compressor is very loud on this refrigerator and is quite noticeable at times. Not sure if I have a bad model but even the installer had a funny look on his face when he plugged it it and the compressor started. Hoping it resolves itself over time. We shall see.
