LOUD compressor!!!

This is the loudest refrigerator I have ever owned. Fit and finish feels cheap. This fridge is way overpriced for what it is. This is a low-end fridge marketed as a high-end one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can'p operate. No book with directions.

3 out of 5 appliances with no instruction books. No directions on how to set temperature, etc. Very disappointed. How am I supposed to operate the refrigerator, microwave or range if I don't have the setup instructions? Very, very disappointed in GE and the installer. I want the BOOKS.

We can understand having a manual copy can be a lot easier. Thermostat incorrect

I have had 3 of these, 2 in the last week. 5yo is going strong in temp. New one : set 0 34 was -6 and 42. Corner 58. Sent back. Replacement : 0 34 is -2 and 38. Corner 48. Unacceptable tolerance but what more can I do? Cannot turn fridge down any lower but thermostat wrong.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

True counter depth

This refrigerator is a true counter depth size, the doors are hinged so that the door does not hit the counter upon opening. It fits perfectly in our galley kitchen and is very spacious for a family of 4
I would recommend this to a friend!

I reviewed fridges for 48 hrs straight and this was the only one that fit the space I had and actually got reviews that weren't HORRENDOUS. This is my first side by side fridge and so far I absolutely love it!

Second time around!

I really like this refrigerator; I had the same exact model at my old place and decided to purchase the same one again. I do have an issue with this one and it is this constant hum, hum, hum... it's driving me crazy, the service man said it's the condenser and that is what they do now... totally bummed, that sound makes me crazy.

We have an annoying tinny rattle that does not seem to go away. Looking at the back bottom area is a thin metal only held in place with a few screws, thus not very secure.
