Working Great!

We have had our new refrigerator for a little over a month; and it seems to be working great so far! It is quiet, looks good and has all of the features that we need in a refrigerator/freezer.

Leaking inside the fridge

The fridge seemed fine but began leaking inside the day it was delivered.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There are a few reasons why your refrigerator may be leaking. First, if “LEAK” appears on your unit’s display, and you find water on the interior of the unit, your water filter may not be installed correctly. You can refer to this video on our YouTube channel to see if you filter is installed correctly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OltHbmgtiIU
If the unit is leaking onto the floor, this may mean that ice cubes could be jammed in the chute. If this is the case, you can poke the ice through the chute with a wooden spoon. For more troubleshooting tips, please refer to page 33 of your refrigerator’s “Use and Care Manual” which can be found here: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-1000471-3.pdf

Good value for the money

With very limited options available at the Store, we settled for this model. Not as big as we’d really like, but it does the job for now. My last LG lasted 5 yrs and 2 months. They don’t make appliances to lady like they used to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good fridge

Overall I’m very happy with the fridge, just a little disappointed with the size. I was hoping it would have a little more space. I needed counter depth and searched hard to find a refrigerator with an exterior ice and water dispenser that was counter depth in within my budget. This works well, just wish it had a little more space.
