I don’t love Side by sides

We’ve had this refrigerator for almost a year and it’s perfectly fine but I have to say if you’ve never had a side by side like me, you may find it dysfunctional!
I love have an ice and water dispenser on the door - though we definitely demand more ice than the capability of this ice maker. The style is beautiful and the glass shelves that slide out are great. They have certainly tried to squeeze in as much storage as possible in the doors. It truly just is not as functional as a bottom freezer/top fridge style appliance. I cannot fit a frozen pizza or cookie sheet in either side, a 13x9 casserole takes up a whole shelf and I miss being able to spread out my cheeses and meats in a full width drawer.
If you are accustomed to side by side refrigerators, this is a perfect product! If you’re contemplating trying this style from having only ever had a bottom freezer, stay loyal! I can’t wait to be able to move this to my mudroom and go back

Ice for days

We paid extra so that we would have enough ice to last a whole party, and we haven’t run out of ice yet! Great machine, and I have been able to store all the food I need. In the middle of replacing water filter now and was easily able to scan fridge to get info.

I replaced a 4-year-old refrigerator that failed, ice damming, drawers that were not adequate and could no longer adjust the temperature controls. I was limited to size due to limited space. My new GE fridge is the same size as the old fridge the interior offers so much more usable and functional space with so many more control functions. I would highly recommend this product.

It's been just over a month now , the family is loving the new fridge so far , especially the water/ice features , looks like a fairly well made fridge , was easy to install the water line , and level , pretty quiet compared to our last L G , which I may say will most likely be the last L G product. , This G E has great lighting and good compartment storage , will definitely update in the future.
