I find I miss having egg tray on the door and manual for replacing the tray on the ice maker is vague. I don't know how to get it back on

Two consecutive defective units - quality problems

There are very serious quality control problems happening right now with these refrigerators. I received my first one after 6 mos wait only to have it develop a huge crack in the freezer liner 7 mos later. It was replaced, but with a second defective unit - this time with two defects; 1) a gap between the freezer liner and the metal frame, which caused frost buildup in the freezer and also wild temperature swings. It would vary from -10 to 25F, (though it was set to 0) and freezer-burned my food, and 2) No smudge-proof finish was applied to the fridge door. It was impossible to clean, cosmetically different, unsightly, and had a strong odor. This one was never replaced even though they agreed it needed replacement and was defective and not reparable. Both units were very noisy. Thankfully, my dealer came to the rescue and I am no longer a GE customer. Attaching some photos. I strongly recommend against purchasing these refrigerators.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not happy! Condenser fan on loud noise from panel

Counter Depth Side by Side

Fits neatly into the cabinetry. Nice display and loads of room despite what friends have told me. The delivery guys hooked up the ice maker but they didn't have any washers to adjust the doors so they match. Be careful about pulling out the drawers and shelves for them on the refrigerator side. They need to come out in specific order and fit very tightly. None of that was explained and is not in the literature.

Great features inside Nice looking refrigerator

My husband and I had a whirlpool refrigerator it kept breaking down and we only had it for seven years it was time to get a brand new refrigerator we heard about the GE refrigerators we checked it out we bought one absolutely love it counter depth fit perfect in our kitchen
