Just under two years and having temperature issues

We love the slate look of the fridge and had no issues for almost 2 years. Now for the past month having the following issue.
Compressor kicks on and drops freezer temperature to read -9. At that point frost is all over the freezer and fridge will sit right above freezing. After this temperatures will still show the -9 and 37 degrees on the display while the fridge will warm completely.
I have had repairmen out three times already. Replacing parts and still having the issue. If you have purchased this continue with the extended warranties. Also, no error code is being displayed or can be found.

The GE side by side provides us all the storage for my husband and I. As seniors this appliance low noise, and easy to move and the temperature control is great feature. It blends very well with our new kitchen.

This product has the look of a full size fridge, yet it is not as deep. It's perfect for my small family and gives me extra space in my kitchen. It will be easier to clean since it is not as deep as a regular fridge. I'm liking the slate look as it will not print up like my last stainless steel fridge.

Not that great some design flaws

Love my fridge

I got a Frigidaire 1st. It was so noisy and pounding. I returned it and bought the GE. It's so quiet and the counter depth is perfect. Best purchase I made.

Happy with color, size and works great

I’m really happy with the black slate color which is more like a charcoal kind of the refrigerator size is good and it’s working well. Only thing That was annoying was having to wait six months for me to get them.

A Welcomed Change

We were almost 20 years into our last GE refrigerator and knew it was time for a new one. We are very happy with this counter-depth model and the performance so far. Hopefully, we will make it another 20 years.
