Hello - Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry the water dispenser drips. It is not unusual to see a few drops of water dripping from the dispenser after having dispensed water. This is caused by pressure on the water line and changes in temperature causing some condensation to form and drip. If water continues to drip long after the glass has been removed, service may be necessary. You can schedule an appointment with a GE Appliance technician by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule online at http://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm

This is my first GE refrigerator, temperature varies up to 15 F, returned the item. Very disappointed.

Best Fridge Ever!

I had an earlier version of this refrigerator in my Florida house and loved it. I bought a new home last fall that had a new different brand. Although it seemed to work fine, it did not have the great features or appearance of my GE. My new GE has all the features and benefits of my previous one, but with better lighting and ice maker, storage shelves, etc. I highly recommend!!
