Just what we needed

Looks Great. Plenty of Room

I purchased this GE side by side. Previously I had a GE with the freezer on the bottom. I didn’t like having to “dig” for items in the freezer. I went with this side by side. We love the freezer. Easy to organize and plenty of room. The counter depth style adds to the sleek, modern look. Highly recommended.

Sagging door

Hey there, and thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. We're glad you like the look of the refrigerator and it's working well for you, but do hate to hear you're having an issue with one of the doors sagging. We know that would be an inconvenience and would like to help.
If the doors have become misaligned, they can be adjusted to rectify the issue. To do so, you would first remove the base grille by opening the doors, removing the screw at each end of the base grille and then pulling it straight out. Then using a 7/16” socket wrench, you can turn the door adjusting screw to the right to raise the door or to the left to lower it. After you turn the wrench once or twice, you can then open and close the door to check the alignment at the top. FITS IN MY CABINET SPACE.

I HAD A GE PROFILE REFRIGERATOR FOR 12 YEARS WITH NO PROBLEMS. WHEN I REPLACED IT, GE DID NOT HAVE A REFRIGERATOR THAT FIT WITHIN THE KITCHEN CABINETRY, SO I BOUGHT A SAMSUNG. IT LASTED ONLY 2 YEARS. NOW I'M BACK TO GE AGAIN. I HAVE A FRIDGE, STOVE, MICROWAVE & DISWASHER!
