Nice appliance. Unable to level it so it fits flush with cabinets. Internal lighting very nice.

This refrigerator replaced a french door refrigerator. I like the side by side so much better! It may not have as much room in the refrigerator area but it's so much easier to find food in the freezer!

I thought the counter top would be to small for my family but, it's not! I like the idea of the refrigerator not sticking out from the counter an additiona 8-10 inches.

Beautiful Addition to the Kitchen

We love this refrigerator! It fits beautifully and makes so much room because of it's counter depth dimensions. It was a breeze to get hooked up to the water line. We loved the simple instructions for putting the shelving units in and all the helpful hints to make the transition to a new refrigerator easier. It is quiet, no finger prints or smudges, it is roomy inside for lots of storage space of all different sized items. The only thing we regret is not buying it sooner!

Squeaky Door

Refrigerator door started squeaking from the lower pivot point within 2 weeks of owning and there isn't much weight on the shelves. It's not like I have a gallon of milk on the shelf the typically would accommodate one. With that said I also had to adjust the door up about 1/4 of an inch to get it back in line with the freezer door.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi, Thanks for choosing GE Appliances for your home! It's not unusual for the door to squeak on new refrigerators. This occurs because the gasket (rubber material around inner perimeter of the door) is sealing very tightly. If the noise becomes bothersome, try rubbing paraffin wax or petroleum jelly on the gasket. The noise will stop in a few days once the gasket becomes more pliable. This is a normal occurrence and doesn't indicate a problem with your refrigerator or freezer.
