I just purchased. So far so good. The only fault so far is the gap between the doors. It is a lot wider at the top than at the bottom. Very noticable. I don't know if it can be adjusted

Consistent Temperature

The Side by Side refrigerator does a good job of keeping food at a cold or frozen temperature. We like the counter depth, as it leaves more space in the area in front of the refrigerator.

The price was right and it was in stock. It looks nice and is operating as it should. My 1 star off is for all the weird noises that is makes, I guess I’m just used to my old quiet refrigerator.

One problem

Since I received the refrigerator on Dec. 5, the ice has had at least 1 - 2 cubes that looked like they had a dark gray matter in them. When allowed to defrost, the gray residue was greasy. I would like to know what is causing the gray matter and what to do about it. I would like to complete the survey after I get this problem solved
