Loud noise. Maybe the fan?

Just plugged In the new fridge. Looks great. But About every 5 minutes the fridge makes a loud noise and the noise runs for about 5 seconds. Anyone else have this issue? It’s almost as loud as a garbage disposal.

Loud, poorly constructed, sloppy final assembly

This fridge was delivered Dec 5, 2020. Plugged it in and it sounded like a train. I think it’s the evaporator motor. It ran for over two hours on the first day. It now runs once a day for about an hour, and is still extremely loud. I should not be able to hear a normal sounding fridge from the second level of my house! The doors were also misaligned and the wheels at the bottom were not level and adjusting them is difficult.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the built in look

After looking at refrigerators for over two months we decided to go with this GE model. We could not decide between a French door and the side by side. We decided with the side by side because it was less expensive. I am very happy with our decision and love the look. this refrigerator does everything we need it to do.

Condensation issue

Condensation at the ice maker dispenser water drips all day long. Bad design for a new refrigerator. No insulation in that area of the refrigerator. Will be calling service.

Just perfect

I really like the features of this side by side. The frozen foods are easy to store and locate when you need them. The slide out shelves in the refrigerator make it so convenient to access your items.
