I have an HP computer and an HP printer, but because I the printer is not wireless I can't; even though a brochure for the ink program was in the printer box.

I am sorry that the cartridges didn't work. I can understand you being unhappy about that.
I've never heard of any problem with them being linked to a season so tend to believe that this was a coincidence. You just got some defective ones. Please return them and we'll check them out.
